'The Congo Basin is an enormously challenged region of the world, of very high ecological sensitivity as well as in need of the most basic human development, in due respect of its traditions and culture. The Congo would not be the same without people like you, contributing through such a conscientious work in every aspect, in the safe management of timber, in your care for the neighbouring communities, in your dedication to safeguard the overall environment.'
